Mrs. Charron graduated in Legal Techniques from the Collège de l’Assomption in 1994. She has developed considerable knowledge and capacities as team leader for the departments of notice service and execution, while taking part in administrative tasks, for a bailiff firm located in Montreal.
As a member of the Chambre des huissiers de justice du Québec since 2009, she has extensive knowledge of service of legal documents and she demonstrated outstanding expertise in the field of procedural management.
While sharing the direction of the service department, Mrs. Charron is also responsible for customer service and relationships.

Mr. Boissé is a member of the Chambre des huissiers de justice du Québec since 1993. Since then, he has mainly dedicated his expertise almost exclusively to the execution and enforcement of various court orders. In fact, his field experience and his profound knowledge, combined with his skills in interpretation of court orders, build the foundations of his capacities in the matter of execution of court orders.
At the turn of 2016, the new Quebec Code of Civil Procedure assigned new responsibilities to bailiffs, notably in the matter of execution of court orders. Since then, Mr. Boissé has taken over the role of Director of the department of execution of orders. He is particularly engaged in customer service.
Being deeply involved in his professional order, under the direction of the professional inspection committee, Mr. Boissé has occupied the position of inspector from 2011 to 2015.
