Information and documents that we already have obtained in the exercise of our functions, those that are communicated to us by parties or third parties, or those that you provide to us or that you are required to provide to us by the law in order to accomplish the professional acts assigned to the bailiff, in particular according to article 8 of the Court Bailiffs Act (chapter H-4.1) or by any other law.
Any information and documents provided for by a legislative, regulatory, or judicial provision intended to ensure confidentiality.
Information and documents, whether kept on paper or another medium, are strictly reserved for professionals and staff members of our office to exercise their functions or accomplish the tasks assigned to them.
We only keep personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as permitted or required by laws or regulations on record keeping and retention.

Subject to applicable laws, you may review personal information held by us and request that appropriate corrections be made.
Any request for access or rectification must be made in writing by a person justifying their identity and interest. This request will be responded to no later than the 45th day after receipt. This request will be processed according to the rules provided for in articles 24 to 31 of the Code of Ethics of Bailiffs (chapter H-4.1, r. 3).
